Pours a clear golden yellow with plenty of foam in the Timmermans goblet. Aromatic with herbal hops and a whiff of tomato leaves. Light body and plenty of spritz on the tongue. Flavor is cereal with a slight malty sweetness, There is just enough hoppy fragrance and some herbal notes. The aftertaste is just slightly bitter. All the elements are light and elegant, making for a quite lovely quaff. This is so much better than the typical Blonde Ale, American style, which it might be compared with.
