Appearance: Pours a clear goldenstraw (just shy of golden) with a foamy three finger head

Smell: Bready with a touch of malted sweetness with a grassy, slightly herbal edge

Taste: Slightly sweet with a very bready and grainy flavor in the forefront; in the middle, the grassy hops take over but the finish has an herbal edge

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: A touch sweeter than I would prefer for the style, I do like the hop profile here

Clear straw with a nice white head. Nice biscuity malt aroma and flavor. Nicely balanced with an earthy/peppery hop character. Light bodied, crisp, and clean with a dry finish.

I thought the name was familiar, but its a Pilsner meant for rotating hops and grains so the batches are different with different colors on the labels. Clear golden brew with abundant foam in the Aventinus Weizenbier glass. Aroma is mildly grainy with dry grass. Sudsy and lively on the tongue. Slight sweetness with a pleasant malty taste and some herbal notes. Overall this is very flavorful and an excellent quaff in the lower-alcohol realm. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 2/6/26.
