On tap at Cedar City in Lebanon TN, into a pint glass.
Pours a clear gold with great foam and lacing. Aroma is some decent old school maltiness and crisp, piney hops. Flavor is similar, very bitter and dry with good malt presence. It's a little heavier than something like a WC pils, but is a refreshing "brewpub" style standard. I like the snappiness of the hop flavors and it doesn't feel like a compromise at a lower ABV. Feel is good, very carbonated with an extremely low body. Finish is a little short and quite dry but I don't mind that.
Overall, my first Cedar City beer and really a great little find. The place was packed and I can see why. Good prices, interesting atmosphere, and a definitely fun throwback to the heyday of craft beer and brewpubs.
