Sofia 4/10 2025. 50 cl from a self-serviced tap at the Beer Cellar at the brewery in central Sofia.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glsss. Substantial lacing
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty and fruity odor mingling with a tart and sour scent. Caramel and peach. Pineapple. Citrus and lemon
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft gently tingling texture
Flavor is medium intense with s medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Light and easy to drink. And I can pour myself another one in the cellar bar.
