Sofia 4/10 2025. 50 cl from tap at the brewery. .
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong sweet and malty odor mingling with a weak sourish scent. Caramel, toasted bread and a hint of toffee. Grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth light tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant take on a Red Ale in one fine Cellar bar.
