This was not a bad Helles but - as we might have seen with Austrian Helles - it is a tad bit sweeter than its German counterpart (oh, the good Helles! the savory goodness!)
But with the temperature, the taste also changed and there was a sweet spot when the beer was perfectly drinkable, just had to sacrifice the icy cold crispness for it…
