Copenhagen 21/6 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a bird trying to figure this cryptic sentence out: Oy Ey Oy.
Pours unclear amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles a a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty, lightly toasted odor mingling with a bit of sourish grains. Sweet toast with a touch of orange marmalade, biscuits, bread and caramel.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is caramelly.
