Executed under the cover of night, a plan was hatched to brew the biggest beer Shoehorn had ever made. A big syrupy stout with notes of chocolate and rich bread. Sweet but not cloying. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to enjoy this sipper with friends. This is Operation: Big Boi.

10oz pour at the brewery. Poured an opaque, jet black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of rich chocolate, toffee, vanilla and roasted caramel. Sweet chocolate taste with roasted caramel and some toffee notes.
