Executed under the cover of night, a plan was hatched to brew the biggest beer Shoehorn had ever made. A big syrupy stout with notes of chocolate and rich bread. Sweet but not cloying. Aged in an Old Monroe barrel from Columbia, IL. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to enjoy this sipper with friends. This is Operation: Big Boi.
