Brewed with 100 % locally grown and malted Rabbit Hill Farms Chillum, Munich, and Pilsner malts. An extended single decoction and ample hop additions of magnum, mittelfruh, and saaz balance the complex malt profile, yielding a beer that you can crush by the liter under the big tents of Oktoberfest.

Pours brassy gold, excellent clarity, head diminishes quickly, not much but a film persists, has a nice ring of white.
Nose is big on pale malt; rich in bread, very light toast, little sweetness, mix of grass and herbal hop character.
Taste pretty much mirrors the nose to a tee; great malt depth, nice bread crust character, then come the hops; herbal is mostly gone, leans into earthy and grass notes, and finishes with a lick of spice.
Body verges right into medium, carbonation is lively and smooth, incredibly clean, light sweet impression on the tongue; vanishes instantly on the finish; rich malt feel yet so drinkable.
