Our session NEIPA is the opening act to our brewing journey. A very sessionable and extremely moreish brew with Simcoe and Citra hops, and a hazy, oaty body. To be shared with friends.
Malts: Extra Pale Maris Otter, Wheat, Oats.
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe.

440ml can.
L: Hazy, burnt orange with a thin, rapidly disappearing head that leaves just a couple of spots of lacing.
S: Mandarin and overripe strawberry.
T: Papaya and orange. Not much complexity.
F: Not quite thin but kind of hollow despite the carbonation. Mouthfeel is smooth but ever so flat.
O: Doesn’t look, taste or feel like a NEIPA, despite the description on the can and website. This one doesn’t fly my kite. Sorry, chaps.
