L- Mid amber, with a ring of fine bubbles.
S- Hipster, mild citrus fruits. Overall light.
T- Pretty hoppy-dry right on the front. A biscuity note follows. No obvious malt aspect or richer facet.
F- Highly carbonated in the mouth. It has a ... perfumey/biscuity aspect that's now coming through. I'm also get a slightly rich facet coming in too... seems this latter appears promptly the hard fridge chill lifts a bit.
O- On the first sip I briefly pondered whether I might 'sink' this one. But just 5mins in the glass and it's both opening up and balancing waaay better. Note: I know some beers really improve with a few mins resting in the glass, but this is a major example of it IMO/E.
Acceptable overall but still lacks charm or memorable character. Might well suit more modern tastes than mine for others.
Likely bought from Aldi in Cambridge. 500ml bottle BB: 15/01/2023

Disclaimer: this review may be slightly biased as it was my first pint on draught in over a year...
Just a lovely beer.
Fantastic tasting, great look, excellent mouth-feel etc.
It's one of those beers that makes you feel really content, like a sunny evening looking over the sea.
My only issue is that it smells ever so slightly of stale farts.

500ml bottle.
L: Clear, straw colour, no carbonation visible, thin head but lots of lacing.
S: Caramel plus lemon zest.
T: Earthy, leafy, stewed tea plus orchard fruits and pine. Moderate/high bitterness, light sweetness.
F: Smooth, oily, very dry.
O: Looks like a golden ale, tastes like a bitter. Very hoppy pale ale (big hit of northdown) with strong English characteristics.

Bottle. Golden straw. Medium frothy head.
Light citrus fruit and malt on the nose.
Demerara malt and grassy hops in the taste. Mild butterscotch and a bit of green tea. A nice bitter finish.
Medium body. Low carbonation.
Rather tasty.

Blonde beer with greenish highlights. It has a white foam, decent to be tapped directly from cask.
At the smell you can feel a good mandarin, slightly orange, all on a malty and sweety base. Even in the mouth you can perceive the same notes, with bitter due to hops, more present and persistent. In the aftertaste it confirms an initial malt light and relatively smooth, followed by a citrus and spicy effect that lingers long.
At the second sip brings out more clearly hints of orange marmalade, tea leaves and zesty pepper, typical of the English style. Beer recommended.
