Beer with orange color and with coppery highlights. The foam is white, creamy, obviously one finger, but remains in the glass for a long time.
The smell is immediately struck by the powerful, but not overpowering, malt, and then come some earthy notes and foliage due to the typical English hops.
Even in the mouth there is both the malt and the earthy note, but all well balanced, with a pleasant hint of citrus that makes it more fresh and crisp.
The finish is surprisingly long and relatively sweet, making the beer full and round. Decreased the malt here looking out the earthy, the citrus, but also a little peppery and a bit of resinous that are mixed well together.
The beer was brewed specifically for the local (First and Last in Sennen, where it was drunk). I would say a good visiting card for the pub.
