Starting with Cornish water, our brewers add whole-flower Citra, Belma and Willamette hops to create this fresh-as-a-daisy, hop-laden IPA. Bitter-sweet notes of lime, mango and lychee, a slight creaminess and a hint of juicy strawberry delivers sunshine-ready levels of refreshment.
Inspired by those endless summer moments on the beach with friends – which is when the Cornish crowd reach into the cool box for the Lushies.
It’s said, somewhere way down south, in a cove between St Ives and Padstow, you’ll find a perfect beach where you can spend hazy, lazy summer days lying in the warm sun with good friends and not a care in the world. And, as the sun begins to sink into the sea, the only thing that could make life any better would be a glass of cool, hop-laden pale ale. This is the feeling and the moment that Lushingtons was brewed for.

500ml bottle.
L: Clear, gold colour with a few micro bubbles rising to a thin, white head and arcs of lacing.
S: Light, sweet and hint of lemon.
T: Fruity & citrusy. Pale malt base not secondary to hoppiness. Light bitterness.
F: Rich & oily mouthfeel, very little carbonation, almost dry finish.
O: Lovely, refreshing, golden ale. Excellent mouthfeel. American hops turn this English pale ale into a summer ale. Sunshine in a glass.

From cask, strong hop flavours. Nice tasty session ale for a hot day.

On cask at Ty Mawr Hotel, Llanbedr, Wales.
White blonde with snow white carpet .
Lemon zest and fresh grain nose.
Biscuit, some lemon and a touch of melon then musky citrus hops getting strong to end, with hints of white grapefruit and pineapple.
Oily finish and clean leave.
Lt-med, soft, round.
An English blonde, not a pale ale.
Simple but effective, with a real hop hit. Curious if the hops are American. A superior summer golden ale in a sea of watery wannabes.
