33 cl bottle poured cold into a proper glass in Toulouse, France. Good tan foam above unfiltered, cloudy brew.
A fine old school IPA here! Jungle Boogie is aromatic of citrus and resin.
Taste follows, ofers a slap of bitterness, is long in the mouth and dry on finish. It’s a curious flavor set, as it’s brewed with only European hops.
Mouthfeel is medium and smooth, medium carbonation.
Overall, this little Organic microbrewery, 75 km northeast of Toulouse, openened in 2019, produces some excellent beers with high quality ingredients and narrow distribution. Special stuff.,.
