Dark ruby-brown in body with a thick frothy head.
The aroma is mostly of of malt. Taste is burnt but with malt.

Yet another beer in the Barnsley collection, my 11th so far: again some fun in the name: Get Thi Coit, Tha's Pulled! (get your coat young lady, you have an admirer). The food suggestion is also tongue in cheek: hot chops and pig's heart being the choice.
The 500ml brown bottle was poured into a Batemans badged UK pint sleeve. Lovely ruby red body, clear and almost bright: large bubbles on the head which was fairly thin and soon became thinner as the review progressed.
The aroma arrived as the beer warmed, semi-sweet malty molasses and woody, earthy hops if you sniff heavily.
The taste is more malts then hops although there is an undercurrent of hop bitterness below the malty front. Nutty feel to the taste as well: body depth fine, flavoursome and easy to drink.
Another good value brew from Wentworth.
