Copenhagen 18/5 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Light blue can with a dark bud head of a Stag with very big antlers.
Pours clear golden yellow with mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as a patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor with sourish, grainy notes. Sweet pale malts, bread and a whiff of toffee. Shop sourish grains.
Medium strong carbonation- slightly tick, oily, soft lightly tingling texture
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit Finish is semi-dry.
Run of the mill Helles.
