Served in a pint glass at Tap 42 in Fort Lauderdale.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is clear golden yellow color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Bready and partially sweet pilsner malts with.
Taste:Same as above with mild bitterness. Very clean taste. Some fruitiness in there too.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, crisp, refreshing, light bitterness, light bodied, and medium carbonation.
Overall: Awesome Kolsch. True to style. I wish I could have another.

Found this one at a Binny's out of my county. Never knew it was brewed.
A -- Pours a pale straw yellow color with some vague hazing and a big, long-lasting white head That leaves good lacing.
S -- Mellow, spicy noble hops with some sweet, crackery malt back. Some light DMS with warming.
T -- Light crackery malts up front that blend into a light and mellow fruitiness, finishing in a spicy bitterness with that unusual light tartness that a fresh Kölsch will have. The malt backbone remains consistently good and in balance throughout the duration of this drink -- just enough to let you know it's there, but not overwhelm the other flavors.
M -- Delicate and soft mouthfeel that finishes dry and crisp. Light body.
O -- This is quite the nice beer to-style. One of the best renditions of a Kölsch I've ever tried from a U.S. brewer and one of the best uses of German-style hops in any U.S. beer I've tried. And wouldn't you know? A one-off.

Clean, crisp, a bit of bitter. Medium carbonation, great flavor. Very happy with this Kolsch, a beer that I enjoyed many times in the summer in German beer gardens. They add lemonade to make it even more afternoon refreshing!
Would love for this to become a Two Brothers regular, providing a crisp drinkable beer, tastier than a lager, but not as strong as a pale ale.
Nicely done!
