The Nacht Wachter is a solid dunkel. It poured a deep rich amber with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent is sweet roast with corn meal. The taste is nicely balanced with roast corn and sweet Belgian sugar. The Mouthfeel is medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it's nice and creamy.
