12oz can
A - huge ivory head holds excellent retention atop a hazed amber colored ale
S - earthy and herbal nose with some citric hops and caramel malt
T - bitter, zesty hops own the palate; notes of orange and grapefruit, some passion fruit and mango, caramel malt and honey
M - fuller body, semi dry & bitter finish
O - not my favorite DIPA. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a copper color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of pine, resin, banana. Taste is piney, resin, light pineapple, malts are present, alcohol well hidden, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer, but I was expecting a bit more.

12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with nice clarity and transparency with bubbles racing upwards; big fluffy white head that slowly falls leaving great thick retention and very nice lacing. The aromas are subtle, but solid. It's floral with some hints of melon. Malts are there along with some fresh grass. Mild hints of citrus as well. The flavors are clean, crisp and refreshing. More subtle floral and citrus notes. More melon with some hints of grapefruit. Mild lemon and lime notes. More fresh grass. Slightly earthy. Solid bitterness, but not over the top. Malts do their thing. Finishes dry for the most part. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's very fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a solid DIPA. It's not flashy, but it's well done. Not bad at all.

I bought a 6pck of this from Binny's. It poured a clear orangish with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had touches of tangerine peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. It started with a ripe tangerine flare then turned slightly spicy. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

The definition of an all around good dipa. Nice hop spiciness to go with grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Malt is balanced in well, body is prototypical to style. Aromas are balanced and pleasant. No glaring weaknesses

Slightly hazy yellow-orange body, fizzy solid white head, plenty of carbonation, dots of lace. Nose is dank, lemony, mineraly, orangish, mango. Taste steps back and offers a good mix of hops but less nuanced and clear. Bitterness is mild, perhaps overly balanced by the malt sweetness which has stealthy flavor (read: next to none, just a toasty hint). I miss that dank element, it's one of my favorites. Body is medium, slightly coarse carbonation, a bit syrupy.
Well made IPA with good potency and a strong advocate for experimental hops. Especially for an anniversary beer, this was not bold nor original, but it was tasty and crafty. Cheers, congratulations on 20 solid years!
