Tasted in a snifter from draft at The Vine on March 17, 2018. Kettle sour with blackberries added in the brew house. An immediate sourness is quickly balanced by the sweetness from the blackberries. The coffee and chocolate notes provide an extra richness that helps smooth out the tartness.
