Yet another example of Two Brothers knowing how to do sour cherry well. In this case the cherry taste is darker, tarter, and the surrounding flavors make it taste like a fine liqueur with chocolate and a hint of cola. Sweet, tart, sour, little savory with the allspice, and viscous, the result is a very rich dark sour. A rewarding sipper for summer.
