Wow, this one pleasantly surprised me. I have really enjoyed the bare tree series for their peach tea and wood complexion, with some belgian yeasts, barley finishing and browns sugar supports. Now with the barrel aging make the feel more akin to a frothy Belgian ale, that really lets all of these elements fly. Bursting with flavor, plus add a little sweet booze, yay, everyone wins!
