Rather than brew another traditional IPA, we decided to get a little eclectic with this one. Some citrus peels here and a touch of vanilla there led to a pretty unique brew in our new Pinch of Grace. The hops provide those traditional pine and floral notes, but the additions of citrus adds another level tangerine while the vanilla creates an orange-whipped creaminess

Golden/yellow color. Vanilla and orange flavor. Im still trying to make up my mind whether or not I enjoy vanilla. I will consider trying this one again.

Taste: crisp orange citrus, vanilla, sweet, gentle hopped. Same with the nose. Amber/gold hue, clear, with delicate head and lace. Medium body. Creamy orange whip notes mixed with piney hop. 60 IBUs

Like an orange creamsicle IPA. Might be a little sweet for some, but if you go into it with that mindset, it’s excellent.
