Using three of our favorites – Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe – this juicy, hazy New England-style IPA is bursting with all those hop notes you know and love like citrus and tropical fruits, with just a hint of bitterness for a balanced finish. Get ready to spread the love.

12 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson SC.
Appearance. Hazy amber colored body with a good white head.
Aroma. Completely dominated by citrus-toned hops. Juicy but slightly dank.
Flavor. More dank and less juicy than the aroma suggests, with some herbal and grassy added to the citrus.
Mouthfeel. Somewhat harsh with prickly, medium-high carbonation.

Massive head on this one, looks almost like a float. Smell is bright and citrusy, with soft floral notes.
In the mouth it’s almost as floral as it is citrus. There’s orange, a bit of mango, and some light pine on the front, but the floral tones really carry through the whole thing. I really like this, and I think it makes for a good session beer. I like the dry finish too, but unfortunately it’s a little thin. Nice beer overall.

12 oz. can, 12/05/21 on red sticker (sampled 3/15/21). Hand carried from Ill. (thanks Cass!)
Appearance: Very hazy peach gold glass holds a rocky finger of white head that looks like it will last forever.
Aroma: Mild hop notes, citric, grapefruit rind, a light touch of cracker malt.
Taste: Sweet tart candy, amber malt, some citric hop notes, but they are pretty tame, not what I would put into the IPA category, more American Pale Ale range. Mild leafy note, there are some hops here, but they don't really play the starring role, pretty balanced over all.
Mouthfeel: Foamy, high carbonation, medium low body, clean finish.
Overall: A yummy APA, a little bit of an underwhelming IPA. Easy drinking, just a bit sweet for my tastes, and the mouthfeel takes away points, seems over carbonated. Solid beer thought, look forward to more from the brewery.

Poured from a 12oz can into pint-sized lager glass. Deep orange cloud, 3-finger head that receded within a few minutes. Pine and basement citrus aroma to the nose, smooth fiber flow across the tongue. Caught a soapy hint on a deep sniff, not a turnoff. Smooth velvet cascade over the tongue and down the hatch. Quite hoppy, worthy of it's name. Overall a decent hazy and would not veto a tapped offering.

Light orange and hazy, not much of a head, dissapated quickly down to a spotty thin layer. Juicy tropical notes come out in the nose, citrus rind comes through as well to round it out. Citrus and tropical fruit notes in the taste, almost artificial fruit notes? Like flavored gum. Not necessarily in a bad way. Some slightly piney hop notes balance out the sweetness. An unfortunate watery mouth feel takes a way from the overall experience, where a bright and carbonated mouth feel would maybe bring this all the way together. It feels a little disjointed overall, the hops dominating but without the balance needed to really highlight them.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from Oswego. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint dank ripe fruit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with dank tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Taste: fresh, crisp, grassy, floral, hops, balanced by malts. Same with the nose. Golden hue, clear, delicate head with nice webbed lattice of lace. Medium to med/light body. 45 IBUs

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at O'Toole's on May 7, 2019. Moderate haze with minimum bitterness. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Sweet and flavorful.
