Served on-tap at Claddagh Irish Pub, Middleton, WI on 5-1-08. Brewed exclusively for the pub by Two Brothers Brewing Company.
Presented in a Claddagh-branded imperial pint glass.
Pours a pale golden with a thin head, active carbonation and moderate head retention. Wonderfully sticky lacing throughout.
Subdued aroma of hops with hints of malt and honey.
Remarkably smooth and well-balanced. Moderately hopped with a substantial malt backing and notes of toasted toffee. Pairs well with Fish & Chips and plenty of malt vinegar.
Exceptionally drinkable. A fine ale offering for a mass-market public house.
