I dont know if I have all the facts right....so please if anyone can correct....please do! This is a beer that was brewed at Two Bros by a home brew contestant winner....so I am told. I am not sure I spelled the name right....so again please forgive me. This beer was described as a cascadian dark ale, which I listed under an American Brown Ale (due to color)....so again....could be a different style then what I entered. The beer pours a rich clear brown with frothy white head the laces beautifully. The scent had subtle maltiness with a nice pine backdrop. The taste is a rich malt with hints of roast and nice pine and hint of citrus. The mouthfeel is full in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it is a great beer and I will say Mr. Grayerson (sorry if I am mis-spelling your name) you have a fan! Nice job!
