Copenhagen 3/7 2025. 33 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Steel can with a circular yellow label with brown letters.
Pours opaque orange with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of over.ripe tropical fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit Sweet mango, passion fruit and papaya. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fine and fairly well-balanced Indian Pale Ale.
