Pours clear yellow with massive, soapy head.
Smell is crackery and herbal. Crisp with notes of citrus, wheat dough, knäckebröd and some yeasty hints.
Taste is crackery and herbal with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, wheat dough and some yeast.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner, bordering on a kellerbier with the yeastiness.
