39th Street Brewery

White painted brick building along the same street as its name. Street parking. Brewing equipment sits visible to the right as one enters the front door. Interior has a lot of black, with white painted brick walls, and a polished concrete floor. U-shaped bar with high chairs. Other high top tables with maple wood tops. Small lounge area in one corner. About ten taps, with a good mix of styles. Cooler offers cans to go. Laid back and helpful staff. Has the vibe of a neighborhood joint, with a good selection of classic rock over the sound system.

White washed brick standalone building on the namesake street for this neighborhood. Placed well between Q39 and other bars and other areas of interest, making it an easy stop on the way to/from either place. Interior has been done up well. Many high top tables off seating for those who don't want to sit at the large "U" shaped bar. A few hip height and above garage doors offer fresh air into the brewery on pleasant days, and additional seating. Brewery equipment is off to the side, occupying perhaps ~18% of the main floor space. A few TVs play sports. Staff has been friendly across all my visits and helpful in selecting beers. Beer styles lean more towards typical mainstream styles these days, but this could also be due to the operation being rather new. Coolers in the back offer to-go 4 packs, including mixed packs to sample more from this brewery. Nice to have a neighborhood brewery in this area.
