“LOCAL” is our first offering of a barrel aged Bretted sour. It’s our blonde ale recipe made in a farmhouse style aged in a Copper Mule Bourbon barrel with wild yeast captured from Adam Puchta’s Estate Norton vineyard.

Draft at Wings-a-Blazin'. Poured a cloudy, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled funky with caramel, toffee and yeastiness. Sweet caramel taste with funkiness and some oakiness.
