We took our base blend of Stratofortress and further aged it on Blackberry, Cherry, Plum and finished on Sassafras.

Draft at Wings-a-Blazin'. Poured an opaque, jet black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sheets of lace. It smelled of fruity notes with rich chocolate and booziness. Nice addition of fruit with chocolate, roasted malt and some vanilla.
