Cask. Sparkler used. Possibly the same beer as Bruins Ruins. Clear mid amber with a narrow, tight and creamy head.
Smells of old fashioned English hops and malt.
An earthy flavour of biscuit malt with bittering hops.
Top notch conditioning. A mild and smooth carbonation with a middling body.
