A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.

On cask at The Hop in Leeds.

Pours a clear amber with soft head.

Smell is bready and crackery with notes of toast, knäckebröd, citrus and caramel.

Taste is bready and a bit floral and crackery. Notes of knäckebröd, fudge and citrus with a moderate bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.

Overall, a terrific bitter, drinkable and flavorful.
