Defiant and untamed, Hell Rat is a crisp, fresh Helles lager forged in the unrelenting fires of the underworld. Reserved for sinners, not saints. A refreshing Helles style lager brewed with extra pale malt.
Part of the all new RAT range, emerging from the Ossett Brewery nest. Born from the shadows, crafted for the bold.

Copenhagen 23/10 2025- 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb: F Black can with a white wet drawing of a rat with horns and a fork surrounded by flames.
Pours clear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, almost transparent lyer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet and malty odor mingling with a bit of sourish grains. Sweet pale malts, bread and a bit of cardboard. Sour grains and a hint of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish Helles. But I like the little Devil Rat.
