Copenhagen 1/11 2025, 44 cl can from Meny. Borups Allé, Frb. F, Brown can with a crude drawing of a very well fed rat in what looks like white paint.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing .
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong and overwhelming, candy like sweet odor. Brown sugar, marshmallows, chocolate, The candy store atmosphere only gets mildly disturbed by a light citric scent.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, a little sticky, fat, creamy. almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heat sweetness followed by a weak bitterness. Weird salty tang. Aftertaste is sugary with a touch of alcohol. Finish is sweet and boozy.
A fat sugary rat is loose in the candy store.
