Copenhagen 4/11 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb- F. Light blue can with a lot of paint splotches one in white forming a crude rat with a very red eye.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, creamy layer of of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a. pleasant odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a tart scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Hint of mango. Lemon and lime. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, kind of smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
A tart and dry take on a sessional Indian Pale Ale.
