Copenhagen 24/1 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow and orange can with a fast rendering of a white rat in fat paint, looks pretty cool.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. stable. Settles as a 0,7 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and dominated by sweet stone fruit with a bit of alcohol in the background. Subtle scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and hint of mango. Passion fruit. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger ciic bierness. Aftertaste is bier with s sweet underone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine and well-balanced take on a DIPA. Not much smog here.
