The third release of our varietal DIPA. This time double dry hopped with Bru-One, Mosaic Cryo, Alora, and Cashmere.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells quite pineapple forward, with some zesty bitterness, grapefruit, a sort of vague citrusy character that’s maybe zuzu like?
This is quite the new age blend of hops here, but it works well. There’s lots of stone fruit and pineapple, with an intriguing citrusy zestiness that’s kind of like yuzu to me.
This is medium bodied, quite pillowy and soft, with a great drinkability.
I don’t know a ton about this brewery, and they seem to be an IPA factory, but this was still quite good.
