Old-world style Lager, strong yet gentle. Elegant mix of hops and pilsner malt. Balanced with earthy notes of Palash flower.

Pours a nice golden color with a decent head and carbonation bubbles both which dissipate quickly. Aroma is sweet Pilsner malt (corn/rice?). Taste is slightly sweet with a so slightly bitter hop taste. Very tasty Lager. BOD BN25 TW&M.

Poured into a Reuben's Brew pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with coppery notes and quite a bit of little particles floating in the glass. A fine, two finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of grainy pilsner malt, a little skunking, mild stone fruit and grassy hops. Flavor is biscuit and bready malt, brown bread, a touch of brown sugar, hints of dark dried fruit and mild grassy hops; malty. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. An interesting lager that leans to a bock profile. The color is a bit darker than a pilsner and the aroma sure seemed like one, but the flavor is more dark fruit malt and it works nicely. A little on the sweet side, but tolerable. Lots of bready and dark fruit notes, but not that deep a flavor profile. The mild aroma skunkiness is unexpected because it arrived in a sensible brown bottle and has mild hop character; fortunately there was little of that in the taste. I liked this; better than expected. Uncategorizable, definitely a lager in malt and mouth feel, but not really similar to either a Euro lager nor a bock. Enjoyable hybrid flavor. Points off for the floaties, but otherwise looks quite nice.
