Served at cellar temperature from 500ml bottle into pint mug.

L) Golden, lageresque colour, slight haze from bottle conditioning yeast. Started with a 1cm dense white head which dissipated to a thin film within a minute.

S) Fairly muted; sweetish malt and lemony hops perhaps.

T) A bit of bready-biscuit light malt with hints of honey-like sweetness. The hops have very subtle bitterness for the style.

F) A bit of density to the mouthfeel.

O) This is the least impressive of their beers that I have tried so far. Not horrible by any stretch, just a bit bland.

500ml bottle. ½ pint glass. Enjoyed on jun´12. Golden color, clear appearance. White, medium size bubbled, froth. Not much retention. Floral & sweet citric aromas, grass hues. Clean bitter flavor with subtle spicy touch. Light to medium body. Medium to high carbonation. Oily texture but a little bland in the middle. Aceptable session beer.

500ml bottle bought online from Beermerchants.com

Poured a light golden straw colour. White head poured quite loose and frothy then faded to light covering... some light carbonation bubbles drift slowly to the surface... light lacing...

Aroma - Some juicy tart fruits with maybe some tropical hints (peaches, lemons and limes, pears,), quite grassy, floral honey, light sweet grainy malts, pine, talcum powder traces, herbal, peppery and citrusy hops...

Taste... Decent peppery and citrus hop bitterness, quite floral, metallic hints, light sweet biscuit malts, juicy fruits (lemons, apples, limes), some saltiness, faint floral honey sweetness...

M&D - Fairly sharp and dry... light bodied... pretty quaffable at 5.0% but a little one dimensional...

Overall - A decent enough English pale ale... nothing groundbreaking but worth a try...

The No. 3 is a strong pale ale, with an ABV of 5% that pours a light amber with a rocky white head and a fair amount of fizz.

The nose was rather citrusy, but also very spicy, with slight floral notes, as you would expect from East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.

Beneath the vibrant bitterness of the beer is a very gentle toffee sweetness, which smoothes out the beer, making it is deliciously refreshing.

A - Pours a clear gold with a nice inch thick head. Tiny bubbles of carbonation keep this in place for the entirety of the drink.

S - Citrus, freshly cut grass, sulfur.

T - Brief glimpse of citrus at first, before a sweet bready flavour take over for most of the drink. A grapefruit note appears in the background about halfway through, and strengthen towards the end as the breadyness fades. Hint on butteryness in the finish. Aftertaste is dry, clean and sharp.

M - Light mouthfeel and carbonation which is initially prickly, but which soften down completely almost straight away.

D - An easy drinker, but nothing that isn't surpassed by other breweries.

A bit sulfuric/eggy on the nose . Pretty standard bitter/pale ale. Grainy, bready malts and tangy, citrusy, slightly spicy hops, slight sweetness from the malts (some toffee), but the hops help to dry it out, aswell as the tangyness, theres some acidity and bitterness also from the hops.
