Dark gold and cloudy. Modest head, but it leaves some streaks for lace.
The smell is a negative smell of earthiness (beef stew and a bit of urine). Sorry, not good.
The flavor is an improvement with more of a malty taste (and some of the aforementioned stew notes). Very mild hop finish. The aftertaste is almost all toasty malt. The body is a bit watery and the carbonation is low, but somehow it all works.
