Copenhagen 31/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Blue can with a figure standing I a whirl of snow.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as several centimeters thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense. Perhaps dampened by the foam. A sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with sweet citrus fruit. More subdued tart notes. Peach and apricot. Blood orange and tangerine. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Foamy with an abundance of citrus fruit - both sweet and tart.
