Copenhagen 17/1 2025. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Blue can with a drawing of a wooden Well. Pretty much on the nose.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and a bit of mango. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish streak. Lingers for a bit. Finish is thin and tart.
Tart take on a NEIPA.
