Copenhagen 20/1 2025. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Stepping Stone's usual can design with a couple of Herons approaching a yellow tree. Autumn vibe.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a several centimeter thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented, fruity odor mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Mango and ripe peach. Alcohol. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, slightly viscous, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Plenty of Alcohol and Bitterness.
