Copenhagen 27/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Stepping Stones usual design with great waves crashing the shore. Not much calm here.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Lemon and Grapefruit. Oranges chiming in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty yet dry.
