Copenhagen 15/12 2024. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Stepping Stone's usual design with a little Lemurs sorcerer with a hop-flower staff bewildering a happy beer drinker.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transprent layer of foam, stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Potent alcohol lurking in the background. Peach and mango. Gooseberry and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is rather dry with a sweet boozy edge.
Potent and zesty.
