Copenhagen 2/12 2023. 44 cl can from Beershoppen webshop. Drawing of green and brown birds in closeup on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head Stable. Settles as uneven, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with tart and sourish fumes. Sweet pale malts. Peach and pear. Citrus and grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More than decent Pilsener with a citric touch.
