This beer is indeed "Friendly". With a higher pH, and a generous amount of raspberries.
Easy drinking and a perfect thirst quencher.

Copenhagen 30/11 2023. 44 cl Van from Beershoppen web-shop. White can with an elegant drawing of a head in profile with very colorful and chaotic hair.
Pours opaque unclear deep red with a mid-sized pink head. A bit bubbly. Settles as paperthin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor forest berries mingling with a tart scent of citrus and unripe berries. Sweet raspberries and currants. Citrus and gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and slightly fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. A tad thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Raspberry sweet.
