Black IPA with a balance between hoppy and roasted malty goodness.
Giving you the refreshing sensations from the hops and giving you the dark, roasted notes from the malts.
Hotside hops: Citra & Mosaic
Coldside hops: El Dorado, Citra & mosiac
Lastly added a dash of Subzero Hopkief Rakau

Copenhagen 21/2 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Stepping Stone's usual design this time with a black lotus flower in a frozen landsape. Not good prospects for growing there.
Pours clear dark mahogany with a red hue. A big light beige head. Stable. Settles as a 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and a bit dampened by the foam. A sweet, dark, malty odor mingling with citric notes. Caramel, toffee and roasted malts. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Smooth and pleasant Black IPA.
